Sales Manager – Aluminum Facade, Doors, Windows & Curtain Wall Systems

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager with strong expertise in aluminum facade systems, doors, windows, curtain walls, and glass & cladding projects.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing key client relationships, and leading sales activities within the construction and building materials sector.

· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets

· Identify and secure new business opportunities in facade, curtain wall, doors, windows, and cladding projects

· Build strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, developers, and project owners

· Manage project inquiries, tenders, quotations, and contract negotiations

· Coordinate with estimation, design, and production teams for smooth project execution

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects in the GCC region

· Lead client meetings, presentations, and site visits

· Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification

· 5+ years of experience in sales/business development within aluminum facade, curtain wall, doors & windows, or related construction industries

· Strong network with contractors, consultants, and developers in Saudi Arabia/GCC

· Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills

· Knowledge of project sales and construction specifications

· Ability to read architectural and technical drawings is an advantage

· Valid driving license preferred

· Experience handling commercial, residential, and high-rise building projects

· Self-driven and target-oriented professional

· Strong understanding of aluminum systems, glass, and cladding solutions
