Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and project quotations for uPVC Windows & Doors Systems, Curtain Walls, Skylights and Dome Structures
- Conduct estimation and cost analysis ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications
- Prepare and review BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and job orders
- Develop and modify AutoCAD drawings, including villa layouts and building elevation drawings
- Perform site surveys and measurements to support estimation and project execution
- Coordinate closely with Sales and Project Teams to understand client requirements and technical specifications
- Evaluate project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare accurate estimates
- Maintain project cost records and support project planning and execution activities
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Estimation & Cost Analysis
- Experience with uPVC Windows & Doors Systems, Curtain Wall Projects, Skylights/Dome Projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for villa and building elevation drawings
- Experience in BOQ Preparation and Site Surveying and Measurements
- Strong understanding of construction materials, fabrication processes, and installation methods related to façade and glazing systems
- Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Project Cost Estimator
- We are seeking an experienced Project Cost Estimator with a strong background in uPVC windows and doors, curtain walls, skylights, and dome projects.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate project estimates, technical drawings, BOQs, and site measurements while coordinating closely with the Sales and Project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and project quotations for uPVC Windows & Doors Systems, Curtain Walls, Skylights and Dome Structures.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Proficiency in AutoCAD for villa and building elevation drawings.
