Role Overview

  • We are looking for a Business Development Manager to develop customers, sales channels, and project opportunities in the educational equipment and campus facility market.
  • You will communicate with schools, universities, training centers, education groups, distributors, contractors, consultants, and procurement teams to identify their needs and introduce suitable products and solutions.
  • This role is suitable for sales professionals, business development professionals, educational equipment suppliers, distributors, consultants, or people with relevant customer resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop potential customers and business partners in the education sector
  • Build relationships with schools, universities, distributors, contractors, and consultants
  • Identify classroom, laboratory, smart campus, and educational facility projects
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions
  • Follow up on inquiries, RFQs, quotations, budgets, and project progress
  • Coordinate communication between customers, suppliers, and SolutionMall teams
  • Collect local market information, customer feedback, and project opportunities
  • Support the promotion of SolutionMall’s educational equipment and campus solutions

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, business development, customer development, or project coordination
  • Experience in educational equipment, school furniture, smart classrooms, laboratory equipment, multimedia systems, or related products is preferred
  • Ability to communicate with customers and understand basic project requirements
  • Willingness to develop new customers and follow up on business opportunities
  • Basic English communication skills
  • Customer or partner resources in the education sector are an advantage but not required

Work Model

  • This is a flexible, remote, part time, and project based cooperation opportunity.
  • SolutionMall provides support in product sourcing, solution matching, supplier coordination, quotations, technical communication, and project delivery.
  • The Business Development Manager mainly focuses on customer development, requirement collection, and project follow up.

Compensation

  • SolutionMall offers a performance based compensation model according to customer development, project progress, and business contribution.
  • Specific cooperation and commission arrangements will be discussed during the interview process.
