Role Overview

  • We are looking for an Account Manager – Wireless Broadband Access to support customer development and project opportunity follow up in the wireless broadband access market.
  • This role is suitable for professionals with experience in B2B sales, account management, wireless broadband access, fixed wireless access, or system integration projects.
  • Main focus is to develop and maintain customer relationships, identify project needs, follow up on RFQs, and promote suitable wireless broadband access solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop customer and channel opportunities across wireless broadband access, fixed wireless access, last mile broadband access, and related projects.
  • Build relationships with telecom contractors, network infrastructure contractors, system integrators, distributors, and project stakeholders.
  • Promote SolutionMall’s wireless broadband access products including CPE, base stations, point to point links, and 4G/5G routers.
  • Follow up on customer requirements, project background, RFQs, quotation discussions, and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to support product selection and solution matching.
  • Collect market feedback on customer needs, product preferences, competitor activity, and after sales expectations.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in wireless broadband access sales or account management, fixed wireless access, last mile broadband access, or related areas.
  • Ability to understand customer needs, site broadband access problems, and product selection.
  • Good communication skills and ability to develop customers, distributors, contractors, and system integrators.
  • Working proficiency in English.
  • Preferred: existing customer or channel resources; experience with commercial buildings, hotels, hospitals, or infrastructure projects; Arabic communication ability.

Work Model

  • This role focuses on country level account development and project sales support.
  • Main focus areas include customer relationship development, distributor and channel development, and wireless broadband access project opportunity follow up.
