About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Manager with deep experience in LED lighting sales and technical support. You will develop business plans, manage key accounts, generate new leads, and oversee the full sales cycle for lighting projects.

- Create a business development plan for the financial year with clear sales targets, segments, and timelines
- Manage key accounts and develop new opportunities
- Generate new sales leads independently
- Develop a network of consultants and designers
- Track tenders from government, semi government, and private sectors; prepare competitive quotations
- Handle entire stages of lighting project sales: lead generation, BOQ understanding, product selection, commercial proposal, negotiation, submittals, and closure
- Visit existing and prospective customers regularly to maintain relationships and identify demands
- Perform market and competition analysis
- Conduct energy audits for lighting retrofit projects
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in LED lighting sales and technical support
- Good knowledge of full range of LED products (indoor/outdoor/architectural/façade/industrial)
- Electrical or Electronics Engineering degree
- Valid UAE driving license with own vehicle
- Based in Abu Dhabi
- Available to join immediately or within 30 days
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD

Job Description
- The ideal candidate is a motivated, well organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
- Create a business development plan for the financial year and clear alignment on sales targets, segments, timelines, and to an extend projects
- Ensure key accounts of the organization are well managed and develop new opportunities
- To generate New sales leads on his own.
- To develop a network of consultants and designers
- To track the tenders floated by the government, semi government and private sectors, obtain the tender document, evaluate, and prepare competitive quotations for approval.
- To work individually for the entire stages of Lighting project sales lead Generation, BOQ Understanding, Manufacturer /product selection, Commercial proposal, Negotiation, Submittals, and closure
- Visit the existing/ prospective customers regularly to establish and maintain healthy relationships and spot the present and future demands.
- Perform the market and competition analysis.
- Capable to perform Energy Audits for Lighting retrofit project.
Requirements
- Must have experience in Projects LED lighting Sales and Technical support.
- Good knowledge of a full range of LED products like indoor/ Outdoor /Architectural / Façade/ Industrial Lighting.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and network skill are key along with a strong understanding of market trends, industry issues, and competitor knowledge.
Experience
- Years & Field: 5+ Years in Lighting / MEP product range.
- Educational Qualification: Electrical or Electronics Engineering Degree.
Skills & Abilities
- Software Knowledge Lighting Design, MS Office, AutoCAD, and strong in Sales.
- Valid UAE driving License with own vehicle.
- Available to join immediately or max after 30 day's notice period.
- Should be based in Abu Dhabi
