We are looking for an experienced
Business Development Manager – ICT
to join a growing
technology solutions company in Dubai (a startup)
.
This role is ideal for a consultative sales professional who understands enterprise technology, builds strong client relationships, and can drive revenue growth through strategic business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new enterprise clients
- Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, and key decisionmakers
- Identify opportunities and sell ICT solutions across networking, cloud, cybersecurity, data centre, infrastructure, and managed services
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure
- Develop relationships with technology partners, vendors, and enterprise customers
- Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and account growth plans
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ICT sales, IT solutions sales, or enterprise technology business development
- Proven experience in B2B enterprise sales and new business acquisition
- Strong understanding of ICT solutions including networking, cybersecurity, cloud services, IT infrastructure, and digital transformation
- Established network within UAE enterprise, government, or commercial sectors
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills
