The Sales Manager leads a team of luxury real estate sales professionals selling ultra-luxury inventory.
The role drives sales velocity, price discipline, and customer experience excellence in line with launch plans and revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Manage the sales team and drive achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
- Implement the ultra-luxury sales strategy and brand positioning.
- Coordinate broker engagement, channel management, and direct HNWI outreach.
- Evaluate sales pipelines, conversion rates, and pricing performance.
- Manage inventory allocation across consultants, brokers, and channels.
- Facilitate launches, roadshows, and exclusive events for HNWIs.
- Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, and Sales Operations on integrated campaigns.
- Implement KYC, AML, and customer due diligence processes.
- Evaluate consultant performance and conduct regular reviews.
- Develop the sales team through coaching, training, and mentoring.
- Manage relationships with brokers, family offices, and wealth advisors.
- Implement compliance with RERA, DLD, and applicable sales regulations.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
- RERA Broker certification is required.
- 10–12 years of luxury real estate sales experience in a similar position in the GCC region.
- Experience with ultra-luxury developments and HNWI clientele is preferred.
