The Role
- Manage procurement strategy across all projects and coordinate sourcing of materials, services, and contractors.
- Align procurement timelines with project milestones and negotiate favorable supplier and contractor terms.
- Supervise the procurement team and manage purchase orders, supplier performance, documentation, contracts, and procurement risks.
- Implement procurement best practices and achieve cost savings while maintaining ultra-luxury quality standards.
- Assess markets and suppliers, maintain vendor records, and drive procurement-cycle process improvements.
- Collaborate with Interior Design teams and hotel operators on FF&E, OS&E, design standards, and material sample libraries.
- Prepare and monitor FF&E and OS&E budgets, payment trackers, timeframes, and project design objectives.
Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 10–12 years of procurement experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing, negotiating, and managing suppliers and contracts in real estate development.
