- Develop, manage, and expand the customer base by identifying new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Present product information, pricing structures, and promotional offers in a clear and professional manner
- Prepare accurate sales orders, coordinate with warehouse/logistics team, and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Build strong, long term relationships with customers through consistent follow up and excellent service
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demands to provide strategic insights to management
- Ensure proper documentation of sales transactions, payment collections, and credit control as per company policies
- Maintain up to date knowledge of product ranges, stock availability, and price lists
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring complete customer satisfaction

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue through effective customer engagement, strategic product promotion, and strong relationship management
