Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage fit out projects from initial planning through to successful completion, ensuring full compliance with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and key stakeholders to accurately bring the project vision to life.
- Develop, implement, and monitor detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure optimal use of materials, labour, and time.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, resolve on site issues, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality benchmarks.
- Lead, mentor, and support site teams, fostering a collaborative work environment and encouraging continuous professional development.
- Maintain effective communication with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, addressing queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive project reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and potential risks.
- Apply industry best practices in project management to enhance efficiency, ensure timely delivery, and mitigate risks.
- Maintain accurate and up to date documentation, including contracts, invoices, permits, and progress reports.
Compensation
- Pay: AED 4,000.00 AED 5,500.00 per month
