About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Sales & Immigration Consultant to join our immigration consultancy team in Dubai. The role involves conducting outbound calls, advising clients on immigration programs, and converting leads into sales.

Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads
- Explain various immigration programs and eligibility criteria clearly and persuasively
- Book consultations and follow up with leads to convert inquiries into sales
- Maintain an in depth understanding of current immigration laws, procedures, and updates
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and referral generation
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Update CRM systems and maintain accurate records of client interactions
- Coordinate with the documentation and legal teams for smooth case processing
Requirements
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (immigration industry preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi/Urdu)
- Ability to handle objections and close deals over the phone
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of immigration processes for Canada, Australia, UK, or Europe is an advantage

Job Summary
- We are seeking a motivated and results driven Sales & Immigration Consultant to join our growing immigration consultancy team in Dubai.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting outbound calls, and providing expert advice to prospective clients on immigration programs (Canada, Australia, UK, Europe, etc.).
- A background in telesales, customer service, or immigration services is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads.
- Explain various immigration programs and eligibility criteria clearly and persuasively.
- Book consultations and follow up with leads to convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain an in depth understanding of current immigration laws, procedures, and updates.

Qualifications and Skills

Pay
- AED 3,500.00 AED 5,000.00 per month
