- Manage and respond to inbound leads via telephone, social media, and email
- Respond to inquiries using pre set business templates
- Advise on overseas options available to enable candidates and their families to make an educated choice
- Give clear and accurate information based on current immigration and visa laws and policies
- Provide a fair and neutral evaluation of a candidate’s profile
- Provide a personal global career strategy customized to their needs
- Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries and advising on overseas immigration and visa needs
- Follow up on leads whilst providing ongoing guidance and advice
- Provide clear information on all programs offered and countries we provide visa/immigration services to
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Meet targets and close contracts with clients
- Drive improvement and efficiencies within the company and identify opportunities to meet increasing needs
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in immigration consulting
- Prior experience in sales, negotiation, consulting, and collections
- Proven ability in sales conversion
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and concisely with customers
- Must be a team player
- Must be able to handle clients over the phone and in person
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English, Malayalam and/or Tagalog
- Experience with email marketing, social media marketing, video presentations, Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Must be located in Dubai and ready to start immediately

Role Description
- The Worldwide Advisors for Immigration Services is looking for an immigration consultant with 2 years of minimum experience to guide clients through all procedures required to ensure their successful immigration.
- The immigration consultant will be responsible for furnishing clients with relevant information and resources, supervising the completion of documentation, and submitting data on behalf of individuals, as required.
- This is a full time on site role for an immigration consultant located in Dubai.
- Must be located in Dubai and ready to start immediately.
Key Duties
- Managing and responding to inbound leads via telephone, social media, and email.
- Responding to inquiries using pre set business templates.
- Advice on the overseas options available, will enable the candidates & their families to make an educated choice & the right decision.

- Pay: AED3,000.00 AED6,000.00 per month.
