Responsibilities
- Review and validate application files to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Submit visa applications to relevant embassies or VFS centers and monitor processing status
- Maintain systematic and up to date client records in the internal database
- Conduct initial assessments of client eligibility and immigration requirements
- Provide accurate and clear advice on the appropriate visa/work permit category and necessary documentation
- Offer continued support throughout the visa process to ensure client satisfaction
- Act as the liaison between clients and embassies, consulates, or visa centers
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in immigration or visa documentation
- Strong knowledge of European visa processes and embassy protocols
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple cases efficiently and with attention to detail
- Female Hindi speaker only

Job Description
- We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an immigration case processing officer. The successful candidate will play a key role in processing visa applications and ensuring compliance with immigration regulations.
Application Management
- Review and validate application files to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Submit visa applications to relevant embassies or VFS centers and monitor processing status.
- Maintain systematic and up to date client records in the internal database.
Client Consultation
- Conduct initial assessments of client eligibility and immigration requirements.
- Provide accurate and clear advice on the appropriate visa/work permit category and necessary documentation.
- Offer continued support throughout the visa process to ensure client satisfaction and transparency.
Communication & Service
- Act as the liaison between clients and embassies, consulates, or visa centers.
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner (emails, calls, Face to Face).
- Maintain a courteous, transparent, and service oriented approach throughout the client journey.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in immigration or visa documentation.
- Strong knowledge of European visa processes and embassy protocols.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple cases efficiently and with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle clients efficiently
Pay
- AED 3,000.00 AED 3,500.00 per month
