- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Comfort with digital tools and booking/CRM systems
- Professional appearance and demeanor, commitment to discretion
- Candidates must have a UAE valid driving license
- Only candidates with GCC experience will be considered

Role Description
- The Sales & Guest Relations Agent is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- The agent will handle incoming guest inquiries, manage reservations, and support sales efforts by presenting tailored travel and lifestyle solutions that match client preferences.
- Day to day responsibilities include coordinating bookings for hotels, transportation, and experiences, following up with clients to ensure satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records in booking and CRM systems.
- The role involves greeting and assisting guests in person, responding promptly to phone and digital communications, and collaborating with internal and external partners to deliver flawless service.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact confidently and courteously with a high end international clientele.
- Experience in Guest Relations and Customer Satisfaction, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively enhancing the guest experience.
- Background in Receptionist Duties and front of house operations, such as greeting guests, managing appointments, and coordinating arrivals and departures.
- Prior exposure to sales or luxury hospitality environments, with the ability to identify client needs and propose appropriate services or packages.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities, with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfort with digital tools and booking/CRM systems, and the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, commitment to discretion, and a client centric mindset; previous experience in travel, hospitality, or luxury services is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve Sales targets and business development objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and clients.
- Actively upsell the company’s full concierge ecosystem, offering a 360° service to every client.
- Track client preferences, behavior, and booking history.
- Identify top clients and ensure consistent high‑touch engagement.
- Build strong working relationships with restaurants, clubs, hotels, and venues.
- Negotiate priority seating, upgrades, and special arrangements whenever possible.
- Work closely with all departments, and get familiar with their duties and line of work.
- Create a global calendar that includes major events in different regions (Concerts, football matches, F1..).
Additional Requirements
- Candidates must have a UAE valid driving license.
