Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling and leasing residential and/or commercial properties while delivering exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales and leasing opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and tenants
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to clients
- Negotiate sales and lease agreements to achieve the best outcomes
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activity
- Prepare and present property listings across various platforms
- Handle client inquiries and provide professional guidance throughout the transaction process
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate sales and/or leasing (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Knowledge of the local property market
- Valid driving license (if applicable)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
