- Proven experience in real estate sales and/or leasing (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self motivated with a target driven mindset
- Knowledge of the local property market
- Valid driving license (if applicable)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
