Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and acquire new dealers, distributors, EPC contractors, government projects, and institutional clients
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure
- Build long term relationships with key customers and channel partners
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development plans
- Mentor junior sales executives and support the sales team in achieving business objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- 3–8 years of sales experience in solar, batteries, electrical products, lighting, renewable energy, or related industries
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong network with distributors, contractors, EPC companies, or institutional customers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
