- Sell the widest range of company products to assigned customers
- Provide feedback on competition activity within the area
- Ensure proper implementation of planogram
- Issue special order requests upon need
- Collect invoices according to company's aging policy
- Prepare documents for call cycle or business review
- Detect and report new customers in the area
- Sell all potential customers
- Handle customer complaints and report to team leader
- Present customer orders and daily collection to team leader or accountant
- Issue return forms for defected products after approval
- Review customer account reconciliation quarterly
Requirements
- Sales experience in a similar role
- Ability to implement planograms
- Ability to collect invoices according to company policy
- Ability to handle customer complaints
- Ability to perform inventory checks
