We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Sales Executive for our Ready-mix / Concrete Company to join immediately.
Job Description
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and infrastructure sectors. Generate both cash and credit sales.
- Promote and sell ready-mix concrete products to contractors, builders, real estate developers, and project consultants.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business through excellent customer service.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products to prospective clients.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms in line with company policies.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality control teams to ensure timely and quality deliveries.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and client data.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and network meetings to promote the brand.
- Follow up with customers for overdue payments.
- Ensure timely collection of receivables as per credit terms.
- Maintain accurate records of collections and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the accounts department for account reconciliation.
- Resolve billing and payment disputes professionally.
Job Requirements
- **Minimum 4 years of experience in Ready-mix or Construction Industry within Qatar market — Ready-mix or Construction industry experience is a Must.**
- Must be locally available in Qatar.
- With valid transferable visa.
- Qatar Driving License (Mandatory).
- Can join immediately (advantage).
