Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and infrastructure sectors
- Promote and sell ready mix concrete products to contractors, builders, real estate developers, and project consultants
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business through excellent customer service
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products to prospective clients
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms in line with company policies
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality control teams to ensure timely and quality deliveries
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and client data
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and network meetings to promote the brand
- Follow up with customers for overdue payments and ensure timely collection of receivables
- Coordinate with accounts department for account reconciliation and resolve billing disputes
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Ready mix or Construction Industry within Qatar market
- Must be locally available in Qatar
- With valid transferable visa
- Qatar Driving License (Mandatory)
- Can join immediately (advantage)

Main Purpose of the Job
- We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Sales Executive for our Ready mix / Concrete Company to join immediately.
Job Description
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and infrastructure sectors. Generate both cash and credit sales.
- Promote and sell ready mix concrete products to contractors, builders, real estate developers, and project consultants.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business through excellent customer service.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products to prospective clients.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms in line with company policies.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality control teams to ensure timely and quality deliveries.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Ready mix or Construction Industry within Qatar market — Ready mix or Construction industry experience is a Must.
- Must be locally available in Qatar.
- With valid transferable visa.
- Qatar Driving License (Mandatory).
- Can join immediately (advantage).
