We are looking for a Sales Executive specializing in outdoor sales who can bring exceptional energy and enthusiasm to our dynamic team.

Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients to drive sales and expand market presence.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve personal and team targets.
- Regularly visit clients and make presentations to promote company products or services.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional sales materials and initiatives.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to maintain client satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare regular reports and forecasts to inform management of sales progress and outcomes.
- Stay informed of new products and services and communicate developments to clients.
- Attend industry events and exhibitions to network and promote brand awareness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in outdoor sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
- Adept in using CRM software and other sales management tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and networking events.
- Valid driver?s license and access to reliable transportation required.
