Job Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Sell the widest range of company products to assigned customers and provide feedback of competition activity within area
  • Ensure proper implementation of planogram
  • Issue special order requests upon need
  • Collect invoices according to company aging policy
  • Prepare all needed documents for call cycle or business review before going to market
  • Detect and report new customers in area to team leader
  • Sell all potential customers
  • Handle customer complaints and report them to sales team leader
  • Present customer orders to team leader and daily collection for distributor or accountant
  • Issue return forms for defected products if available and get approval from superior before actual return
  • Report to team leader any problem/objection that occurred and could not handle
  • Review on quarterly basis customer account reconciliation and get customer signature/approval

Required Job Qualifications & Competencies

  • Minimum High School degree
  • A minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in similar and related field
