Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UAE/GCC maritime industry.
- Build and maintain strong, long term client relationships with vessel owners, operators, shipyards, and distributors.
- Present, promote, and sell a range of marine equipment and solutions.
- Prepare professional proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Conduct regular client visits and provide after sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client requirements to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with business objectives and operational capabilities.
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales within the marine industry (preferred) or technical product sales
- Established network and exposure to vessel owners, operators, and marine companies in the UAE; GCC experience is highly desirable
- Strong technical knowledge of marine equipment and systems
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Self motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
- Valid UAE driving license and flexibility to travel across UAE/GCC as required

Position Overview
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results oriented Sales Executive – Marine Equipment to join our client’s team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the marine sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UAE/GCC maritime industry

- Present, promote, and sell a range of marine equipment and solutions (including Life Saving Appliances, Fire Fighting Appliances, Anchoring & Mooring systems, and related products)

Qualifications & Requirements
