About the job

  • We’re looking for a Presales Engineer with a deep understanding of IT and cyber security products and a curious mind for problem solving and solution design.

About The Client

  • Our Client is a distributor of cyber security products and services, specializing in trust solutions, identity management, PKI, password less and MFA, and other technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales to understand customer requirements and design tailored identity and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Assess customer environments and security posture to identify vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Create solution architecture diagrams, technical proposals, pricing, and statements of work.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for enterprise and government prospects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their evolving security challenges.
  • Provide pre sales technical support — fielding inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving technical questions.
  • Design, execute, and manage POCs that demonstrate solution effectiveness in the customer's environment.
  • Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery.
  • Train sales teams and channel partners on product capabilities, technical positioning, and value propositions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation including product guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
  • Create and update sales collateral — data sheets, case studies, competitive analyses, and presentations.
  • Stay current with cybersecurity technologies, industry trends, and emerging threats.

Skills and qualifications

  • Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic and English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as business, information technology, computer science. (Relevant work experience may be considered instead)
  • Analytical and research skills and the ability to learn new concepts and technologies.
  • Ability to manage sysadmin type tasks in Windows, Linux and Mac environments.
  • Experience in enterprise software or IT solutions.
  • Prior pre sales experience in a IT/cyber security industry (2 years minimum).
  • Strong written and verbal communication, especially around training and knowledge transfer.
  • Eager to learn with the ability to develop technical product knowledge and understand the competitive landscape.
  • Willingness and ability to adapt to changing strategies or market conditions.

Pay

  • Pay: AED15,000.00 AED18,000.00 per month
