About the Job

  • Looking for a Presales Engineer with deep understanding of IT and cybersecurity products and a curious mind for problem solving and solution design.

About The Client

  • Distributor of cybersecurity products and services, specializing in trust solutions, identity management, PKI, password less and MFA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Design & Architecture: Collaborate with sales to design tailored identity and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Assess customer environments and security posture.
  • Create solution architecture diagrams, technical proposals, pricing, and statements of work.
  • Customer Engagement & Demonstrations: Conduct product demos and technical presentations.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Provide pre sales technical support.
  • Proof of Concept & Delivery: Design, execute, and manage POCs.
  • Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting.
  • Enablement & Knowledge Sharing: Train sales teams and channel partners.
  • Develop technical documentation and sales collateral.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay current with cybersecurity trends and competitor offerings.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Arabic and English.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • Analytical and research skills.
  • Ability to manage sysadmin tasks in Windows, Linux, and Mac.
  • Familiarity with terms like AD, CA, PKI, MFA, etc.
  • Experience in enterprise software or IT solutions.
  • 2+ years pre sales experience in IT/cybersecurity.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt.
