Sales Executive / Business Development Executive – Export Markets
Location: Jeddah
We are looking for dynamic and commercially driven Sales Professionals with hands-on experience handling regional export markets including Yemen, Sudan, Iraq, Syria, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Tanzania, and East African countries.
Candidates may come from any strong B2B sales background; however, real market exposure, customer handling experience, and business development within these export regions is mandatory.
Experience in food flavors, food ingredients, FMCG, food manufacturing, additives, seasonings, beverages, dairy, bakery, or related industries will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand export business across assigned regional markets
- Identify new distributors, traders, wholesalers, and manufacturing customers
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Achieve sales growth and revenue targets
- Conduct market visits and customer meetings regularly
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate suitable product solutions
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and supply chain teams for smooth order execution
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand
- Follow up on receivables and customer satisfaction
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence updates

- Candidates must have practical sales experience in one or more of the following markets:
- Yemen
- Sudan
- Iraq
- Syria
- Pakistan
- Bangladesh
- Tanzania
- Kenya
- Uganda
- Ethiopia
Requirements
- Minimum 3–7 years of B2B sales experience
- Proven experience handling export/regional markets
- Strong customer network within assigned territories
- Experience in food industry, FMCG, ingredients, flavors, chemicals, or manufacturing sectors preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong commercial understanding and market development capability
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Arabic and English communication skills required
- Additional regional language skills are an advantage
