Role Overview
Everhires is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to lead sales initiatives, drive revenue growth, and expand the client base in Jeddah.
The role reports directly to the General Manager and includes market strategy, project proposal coordination, and sales-operations leadership.
The position offers potential for professional advancement and leadership development.
Key Responsibilities
- Market and sell company products and services while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Provide technical insights to senior management and the technical office regarding project requirements.
- Maintain a database covering market dynamics, competitors, and prevailing pricing policies.
- Manage client communication, feedback, service quality, and commercial relationship growth.
- Coordinate with the technical office on cost estimates and quotations for proposals and bids.
- Monitor project payment collection to support business cash flow.
- Supervise and direct the sales team against targets and performance milestones.
Key Requirements
- Demonstrated experience promoting, marketing, and selling commercial or technical solutions.
