Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of short-, medium-, and long-term corporate strategies.
• Work with the Board of Directors to define strategic priorities and ensure execution.
• Identify expansion, investment, and new-business opportunities in transportation and logistics.
• Lead annual operational planning and oversee financial and operational targets.
• Drive sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and organizational performance.
• Oversee corporate governance, risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead digital transformation and modernization of operational systems.
• Evaluate company performance and implement corrective actions where required.
• Oversee senior management and ensure strong cross-functional alignment.
• Represent the company with government authorities, financial institutions, strategic partners, and key clients.
• Lead major contracts, strategic projects, crisis management, and business-continuity initiatives.
• Build a leadership pipeline and promote a high-performance, ethical organizational culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• MBA is highly preferred.
• At least 20 years of experience in transportation or logistics within Saudi Arabia.
• At least 5 years of experience in the same or an equivalent executive-level position.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi transportation regulations and relevant local legislation.
• Proven expertise in strategic planning, business growth, operational leadership, governance, and risk management.
• Strong analytical and executive decision-making capabilities.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, executive reporting systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
