Reporting Line
The Sales Executive reports directly to the General Manager.
Role Overview
Lead sales initiatives, drive revenue growth, and expand the client base in Jeddah.
Build market strategy, coordinate project proposals, and lead sales operations.

Sales and Business Development
- Market and sell company products and services to target clients.
- Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities.
Technical and Market Support
- Provide technical insights to senior management and the technical office on project requirements.
- Maintain structured market intelligence covering competitors and prevailing pricing policies.
Clients and Proposals
- Maintain continuous client communication, address feedback, and expand commercial relationships.
- Coordinate with the technical office on cost estimates and quotations.
Financial and Team Management
- Monitor timely collection of project payments to safeguard cash flow.
- Supervise, support, and direct the sales team toward company targets.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience promoting, marketing, and selling commercial or technical solutions.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and demonstrated ability to close high-value deals.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and strong innovative thinking.
- Ability to thrive and deliver under high-pressure conditions.
- A transferable Iqama is required.
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation includes a base salary and performance-based commission structure.
