- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hospitality, catering, corporate, and events sectors
- Generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, site visits, and market research
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Prepare and present professional sales proposals, quotations, and business presentations
- Conduct client meetings, negotiations, and contract discussions
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets established by management
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business opportunities
- Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities to represent the company
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Hospitality, Catering, Events, or related industries
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business
- Professional sales or business development certifications are an advantage

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hospitality, catering, corporate, and events sectors.
- Generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, site visits, and market research.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare and present professional sales proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Conduct client meetings, negotiations, and contract discussions.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into long term customers.
- Coordinate with Operations, Kitchen, Finance, and Marketing departments to ensure successful service delivery.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets established by management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business opportunities.
- Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities to represent the company.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Professional sales or business development certifications are an advantage.
Preferred Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Hospitality, Catering, Events, or related industries.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
- Experience in corporate sales, catering contracts, and hospitality services is highly preferred.
