- Monitor stock levels and communicate supply needs to management
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines; clean and sanitize work areas
- Work cooperatively with team members to ensure efficient service
Requirements
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of coffee and tea varieties, brewing methods, and equipment
- Flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities
- Greet customers, take orders, and provide information on the menu.
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, teas, and specialty drinks, following standardized recipes.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment, grinders, blenders, and other equipment. Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of all equipment.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of coffee, tea, and other beverages, including understanding the different types of beans, roasts, and brewing methods.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate supply needs to the management team. Assist in the receiving and storage of inventory.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment.
- Work cooperatively with other team members to ensure efficient service and a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role preferred.
- Strong customer service skills, ability to work in a fast paced environment, good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of coffee and tea varieties, brewing methods, and equipment.
- Flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
