Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of key HORECA and food business accounts, developing strong, trust based relationships with decision makers.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell, cross sell, and introduce new products to existing accounts.
  • Analyze account performance, track trends, and provide actionable insights to the Manager.
  • Implement sales plans, promotions, and campaigns in alignment with company objectives.
  • Prepare accurate forecasts, reports, and presentations for management.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts within delegated authority.
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer preferences in the HORECA and food business segment.
  • Collect customer feedback to inform product development and service improvements.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Logistics, Quality Assurance) to ensure seamless delivery and service excellence.
  • Report on account performance, key metrics, and challenges to Manager – HORECA & Key Accounts.

Compensation

  • Pay: AED6,000.00 AED8,000.00 per month.
