- Manage day to day operations for import and export activities
- Handle incoming calls, customer inquiries, and coordinate with clients, overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, and other service providers
- Coordinate with freelance agents and monitor operational activities
- Process all required shipping documentation, including vessel bookings, shipping instructions, and applications for COO, EDAS, DCAA, and other government approvals
- Supervise the Operations Team, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance
- Maintain complete and accurate records of all import and export shipments
- Ensure safety and security of cargo, office, warehouse, and yard
- Support the Sales Team by preparing quotations and providing operational assistance
- Perform administrative duties including HR related documentation, vehicle registration, office requisitions
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements

Responsibilities
- Manage the day to day operations efficiently to ensure smooth and timely execution of import and export activities.
- Handle incoming calls, customer inquiries, and coordinate with clients, overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, and other service providers.
- Coordinate with freelance agents and monitor operational activities to ensure a consistent flow of business and customer satisfaction.
- Process all required shipping documentation, including vessel bookings, shipping instructions, and applications for COO, EDAS, DCAA, and other government approvals.
- Supervise the Operations Team, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance with procedures, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain complete and accurate records of all import and export shipments, including filing and operational documentation.
- Ensure the safety and security of cargo, as well as the office, warehouse, and yard, in accordance with company standards.
- Support the Sales Team by preparing quotations and providing operational assistance whenever required.
- Perform administrative duties, including HR related documentation, vehicle registration, office requisitions, and other operational support activities.
- Comply with the Company's policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements, and carry out any additional duties assigned by management
Pay
- Pay: AED3,500.00 AED4,000.00 per month
