Overview
Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory planning, warehousing, logistics, and distribution across all channels.
The position ensures the alignment of supply chain strategies with business objectives to deliver operational excellence, cost efficiency, and high service levels.
The incumbent will play a critical role in shaping and executing supply chain strategies to support the company’s aggressive growth plans in the UAE and regional markets.
This role requires a dynamic leader with strong analytical capabilities, a proven track record in FMCG or beverage manufacturing & distribution, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a high- demand, customer-focused environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
Master’s degree or MBA in Operations, Logistics, or Business Administration (Preferred).
Minimum 10–15 years of progressive experience in supply chain and distribution, preferably in the FMCG or water/beverage sector.
At least 5 years in a senior leadership or head of department role managing large, cross-functional teams.
Experience in strategic planning, business forecasting, and P&L accountability.
In-depth knowledge of UAE retail, wholesale, and institutional market dynamics

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
