Responsibilities
- Lead and manage full cycle piling operations, including mobilization, site setup, execution, testing, and demobilization
- Plan and supervise the execution of piling works, including bored piles, driven piles, sheet piles, and micro piles
- Review project drawings, method statements, and work schedules
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, clients, and subcontractors
- Ensure all piling activities comply with HSE regulations, quality standards, and project specifications
- Manage piling equipment, machinery, and manpower allocation efficiently
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical/site issues promptly
- Monitor daily progress and prepare project reports for senior management
- Ensure proper documentation, including pile records, test reports, and as built drawings
- Lead the piling team, including engineers, supervisors, and foremen
- Ensure cost control and optimal resource utilization
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in piling works, preferably in large scale infrastructure or building projects
- Strong knowledge of piling methods, soil conditions, and foundation engineering principles
- Proven experience managing full project lifecycle of piling works
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and geotechnical reports
- Arabic speaking is mandatory
- Excellent communication and coordination skills

- Seeking an experienced Piling Manager with a minimum of 8+ years of proven expertise in managing end to end piling operations.
- Responsible for planning, execution, supervision, and successful delivery of piling works across multiple construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage full cycle piling operations, including mobilization, site setup, execution, testing, and demobilization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience managing full project lifecycle of piling works.

- Familiarity with UAE/GCC construction standards is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Arabic speaking is mandatory (preferred proficiency in English as well).
