- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets within the assigned territory
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising at retail outlets
- Execute sales and promotional activities as per company guidelines
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends, and provide timely feedback
- Collect market intelligence and customer insights to support business growth
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and deliveries
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer accounts
Requirements
- 2 3 years of proven sales experience in the FMCG industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Good understanding of retail sales, distribution, and merchandising
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools
- Valid driving license (preferred, if field sales is required)

Job Summary
