Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Sales Executive – Fit-Out** to generate new business opportunities and drive sales for interior fit-out and turnkey projects.
The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge in the UAE, with experience in dealing with clients, consultants, and contractors in the interior fit-out sector.
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in interior fit-out, joinery, and refurbishment projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, designers, and contractors.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Client Coordination
- Meet clients to understand project requirements and provide suitable fit-out solutions.
- Coordinate with design and estimation teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
- Conduct site visits and attend project meetings.
Tendering & Proposals
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and project terms with clients.
- Follow up on submitted quotations and close deals effectively.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects in the UAE.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential projects.
Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering.
- **3–6 years of UAE experience** in interior fit-out or construction sales.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, processes, and project lifecycle.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid UAE driving license (**Required**).
