About The Role
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in the UAE Facility Management sector.
This role focuses on generating new business, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in the FM sector
- Meet clients, conduct site visits, and present company services
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up to close deals
- Build and maintain relationships with property managers, developers, and corporate clients
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintain an up-to-date client database and track follow-ups
Requirements
- 3–7 years of UAE Facility Management sales experience
- Strong understanding of the UAE market
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage the complete sales cycle independently
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
