- Welcome clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and respond to customer queries
- Schedule and manage appointments using the booking system
- Process payments and issue receipts accurately
- Maintain client records and update appointment schedules
- Coordinate with therapists and spa staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Promote spa services, memberships, and special offers
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Handle customer feedback and resolve basic concerns professionally
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or Customer Service Representative
- Spa, salon, hotel, or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and appointment booking systems
- Well groomed with a professional appearance
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Tagalog language preferred
