We are looking for a proactive and target-driven **Sales Executive** with experience in the **Facility Management industry**.
The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, securing FM contracts, and maintaining strong client relationships across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for **Facility Management services** (Hard & Soft FM)
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, site visits, and client referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and corporate clients
- Understand client requirements and propose customized FM solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service contracts
- Participate in tenders and coordinate with estimation and operations teams
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
- Ensure smooth handover of projects to operations team after contract award
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
