- Promote and sell luxury perfume products to customers
- Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized fragrance recommendations
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and VIP clients
- Demonstrate product knowledge, fragrance notes, and brand stories effectively
- Maintain attractive product displays and merchandising standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after sales support professionally
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment requirements
- Support promotional activities, launches, and in store events
- Stay updated on luxury fragrance trends and competitor products
Requirements
- Previous experience in luxury retail, perfumes, cosmetics, or beauty sales preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent grooming and professional presentation
- Sales driven with a customer focused approach
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, weekends, and holidays

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sales Executive for our luxury perfume division. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, excellent customer service, and a refined understanding of luxury fragrances and premium retail experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell luxury perfume products to customers

Requirements

- Ability to work flexible retail hours, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of luxury fragrance brands is an advantage
