Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Administration Officer to manage day-to-day human resources and administrative functions.
The successful candidate will support recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance with UAE Labour Law, visa processes, and office administration while ensuring smooth business operations.
Human Resources
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and probation evaluations.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and employee benefits.
- Support payroll preparation and monthly HR reporting.
- Handle employee relations and respond to HR-related inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
- Coordinate visa applications, renewals, cancellations, Emirates ID processing, and related documentation.
Administration
- Oversee daily office administration and facilities management.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and logistics.
- Maintain company records, licenses, permits, and insurance documentation.
- Support management with reports, meetings, and administrative projects.
- Ensure efficient filing systems for both physical and digital records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR & Administration experience in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE procedures, and visa processing.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and payroll support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HR systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
