- Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy and planning
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and audit standards
- Monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management
- Lead accounting, finance, and treasury operations
- Manage banking relationships, investments, and financial risk assessments
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Support business expansion, investment planning, and cost optimization initiatives
- Ensure effective internal controls and financial governance
- Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve operational excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred
- Minimum 8–15 years of senior finance leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, reporting, compliance, and UAE regulations
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and strategic planning skills
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced financial reporting tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Job Summary
