Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate, hospitality, healthcare, education, industrial, retail, and government sectors
- Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, and presentations to understand customer requirements
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, market research, and customer visits
- Promote and sell customized uniforms, workwear, and corporate apparel solutions
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers based on customer requirements
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve successful sales closure
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order confirmation and delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and logistics teams for smooth order execution
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in uniforms, garments, textiles, workwear, or corporate apparel
- Valid UAE Driving Licence
- Own car for client visits and field sales activities
- Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage

Job Summary
- The Uniform Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for customized uniform solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate, hospitality, healthcare, education, industrial, retail, and government sectors.
- Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, and presentations to understand customer requirements.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, market research, and customer visits.
- Promote and sell customized uniforms, workwear, and corporate apparel solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers based on customer requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve successful sales closure.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order confirmation and delivery.

- Follow up on samples, approvals, purchase orders, and customer feedback.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by management.
- Maintain customer database, sales pipeline, and activity reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in uniforms, garments, textiles, workwear, or corporate apparel.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE market and customer network is preferred.
- Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
- Own car is mandatory for client visits and field sales activities.
- Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to generate leads and close business opportunities.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Self motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong networking and client acquisition abilities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of fabrics, garment manufacturing, embroidery, printing, and uniform customization is an advantage.
Pay
- AED 4,000.00 AED 5,000.00 per month
Working Conditions
- Full time position.
- Field sales role requiring regular customer visits.
- Candidate must have a valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle.
