Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales team and management
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales related documents
- Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with operations, warehouse, and logistics teams
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and CRM systems
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, deliveries, and documentation
- Coordinate with finance regarding invoices, payments, and customer account status
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and performance summaries
- Monitor inventory availability and coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams
- Schedule meetings, maintain sales calendars, and arrange customer appointments when required
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate sales representative
- Ensure all sales documentation is properly filed and maintained
- Assist in preparing tender documents, contracts, and vendor registrations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales administration or sales coordination
- Experience in the UAE market is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience using CRM systems and ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Zoho, or similar)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
