Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the building materials sector
- Promote and sell the company's range of building materials and construction products
- Meet contractors, consultants, project managers, developers, and procurement teams to generate sales
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new projects and business opportunities
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of UAE experience in building materials sales
- Good knowledge of construction materials and the UAE construction market
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
- Valid UAE Driving License (Required)
- Own Car (Required)
- Willingness to travel extensively across the UAE for client meetings and site visits
