Job Description

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire and grow B2B accounts across sectors such as logistics, construction, FMCG distribution, government, and leasing companies.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, market intelligence, and leveraging existing industry contacts.
  • Maintain and grow key accounts through regular follow up, relationship building, and upselling additional products or services.
  • Identify customer needs, prepare tailored proposals, and deliver compelling sales presentations.
  • Negotiate fleet deals, pricing, contracts, and payment terms in line with company policies.
  • Manage the end to end sales process: inquiry, quotation, order confirmation, financing support, delivery, and aftersales handover.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and provide feedback to management to shape product and pricing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, CRM usage, and accurate reporting of pipeline and sales activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in automotive B2B sales, preferably commercial vehicles, fleet sales, or leasing in UAE
  • Results driven with a strong hunter mindset.
  • Relationship builder with consultative selling skills.
  • Commercially astute with strong business acumen.
  • UAE driving license is a mandate.
