- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales contracts
- Receive and process customer orders accurately
- Coordinate with production, procurement, logistics, and quality departments to ensure timely order execution
- Monitor production schedules and update customers on order status
- Coordinate product deliveries and shipment arrangements
- Maintain sales records, customer databases, and order tracking reports
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions with relevant departments
- Ensure all sales documentation is properly maintained and filed
