Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to manage and grow sales Commercial Vehicle and Industrial Tyres (including Truck, Bus and Off-The-Road) products in the UAE.

The role focuses on customer acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets within assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of TBR and OTR products to fleets, contractors, dealers, and key end-users
  • Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts
  • Conduct regular field visits to understand customer needs and promote suitable solutions
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Negotiate pricing and close sales within approved guidelines
  • Expand and support dealer and distributor networks
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
  • Prepare basic sales reports and follow up on collections where required

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the UAE (preferably in TBR, OTR, tyres, automotive, or industrial products)
  • Strong field sales and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of fleet, transport, construction, or industrial customers
  • Proficient in English, Arabic is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
