Overview

  • Gemini Building Materials is seeking dynamic and experienced Sales Executives with a strong background in building materials sales within the UAE market.
  • The ideal candidate will have an established network of contractors, consultants, builders, and project stakeholders, along with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in building materials sales in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE construction and building materials industry.
  • Existing relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, and project procurement teams.
  • Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
  • Self motivated and target driven.
  • Willingness to travel and work in any emirate across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and end users.
  • Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Conduct regular client visits and project follow ups.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and customer records.
